The bombing of the villages Sa’dan and al-Faraq on the outskirts of the Razikh province have resulted in the deaths of 28 while three people have sustained injuries. The majority of the victims have been women and children. Eye witnesses state that missiles are been shot from Yemeni bases at towns on the outskirts of Saada. The most damage was dealt to the area called al-Qala’ah which was recently taken over by the Al-Houthi forces.
The Shia of Saada have been very successful militarily as of late. They reached a place called al-Hubrah on the Yemen-Saudi Arabian border in the Razikh province. Eye witnesses stated that the Yemen army fled when they saw the advancement of the Al-Houthi soldiers.
Opposition groups to Yemen held a meeting demanding an end to the war in their country.
